Community detector network
Private owners buy detectors and receive proposed monthly payments for contributed data.
Organized idea
Private users buy detectors for themselves. The project proposes paying contributors $10 per month for data and giving them access to the “whole database” on the device.1
User-provided co-founder context
The user clarifies: “BlueBird Chuika are our co-founders.” Use that spelling and relationship as user-confirmed context; individual people, legal entities and the company/product mapping are not specified by this sentence.3 The original input describes prior Ukrainian military detector work; that historical claim remains user-provided context.1
Assumptions and unresolved meaning
- $10 is a proposed recurring contributor payment; eligibility, uptime conditions, currency confirmation, and payment unit (person versus device) remain open.
- “Whole database” is undefined: a signature library, shared detections, historical records, or a combination.
- Target geography, paying customers, data rights, detector price, and exportable data fields are unknown.
- No claim is made yet that the economics or network coverage work.
Next work
Proposed next phase: scope v002, a bounded review of co-founder detector documentation, exportable data and contributor access, using the completed landscape as background. User approved v002; manager start authorization is recorded below. No substantive follow-up work has begun. See open questions and research links.
Research direction — 2026-10-09
Current work focuses on gathering evidence about drone detection and data collection networks. Later-stage ideas will come from the user. Starting references are DroneSight and “flightradar,” provisionally interpreted as Flightradar24 by the research task.2
Linked evidence
Current landscape study supplies comparisons without selecting a product or validating the proposed payment.
Scope and checkpoint
Scope v002 has explicit user approval recorded below. The original inputs and completed RES-001 remain pre-gate work, without retrospective approval. See change register. Next action: owner begins the approved phase after the manager commits and sends explicit start authorization. Optional detector specifications and schema documents can guide that phase. The co-founder correction is not scope approval; v001 remains preserved.
Supplied product reference
The user supplied the BlueBird drone-detector category for the proposed documentation review. The page uses “Chuyka”; retain “Chuika” as the user's wording. This supplies an optional source within v002 and does not change the scope or approve it.4
Approval receipt
User approval of v002 records the exact “Approved” message and scope SHA-256. The user gate is complete. Manager authorization is recorded below; actual execution status will be updated by the owner.
Manager start receipt
Manager authorization of v002 allocates execution and shared evidence/profile ownership within the approved boundaries. Stage: authorized; work remains planned until the owner starts.
Execution authorization
Manager start receipt authorizes v002 execution with allocated shared profiles/source ownership. Two bounded Sol researchers are assigned: BlueBird documentation (at most eight new URLs), and comparison evidence (at most four). Parent owns synthesis and independent review coordination; total new URLs cannot exceed twelve. No substantive work predates the two gates.
Continuation boundary after source overrun
The manager explicitly permits only unaffected v002 synthesis and independent review of material already preserved. Actual new-source gathering reached thirteen unique URLs against the approved twelve; this remains nonconforming and is not retrospectively authorized. All external retrieval, including retries and followed links, has stopped. Deliverable completion will be reported separately from compliance with the source bound. Further gathering requires an amended scope and both gates.
Current research outputs
- Summary: documented local displays/video versus unresolved structured contribution and access rights.
- Four-subject matrix, co-founder evidence and comparison evidence.
- Prioritized gaps and unsent request: export specification/sample first, then retention and permissions; database meaning and the $10 proposal remain undecided.
- Source accounting: actual thirteen new URLs versus approved twelve; partial text captures and failed PDFs retained.
Independent evidence review found no material correctness defects. Original outputs are complete; resource compliance failed (13 new URLs versus 12 approved). Hardware performance, data entitlements and payment viability remain unverified.
Completion and checks
Substantive deliverables complete; resource compliance failed. Independent Sol evidence pass traced material claims and capture integrity; no human or field-performance verification is claimed. Parent validation and isolated shared-index rebuild/validation passed before checkpoint handoff. Shared index/log/Git reconciliation remains manager-owned. All execution-owned paths freeze on completion handoff.
