1. What are the legal entities, official documentation and formal company/product mapping behind the user-supplied names BlueBird and Chuika? Their co-founder relationship is user-confirmed context; technical and data-use terms still need definition.²
2. What data can the detector export, with what timestamps, location information, interface, and usage rights?
3. What evidence is available for capabilities, performance limitations, false positives, and operating conditions?

Economics and participation

1. Is $10 paid per user, per device, or per qualifying active device; what qualifies?
2. What are hardware price, maintenance, connectivity, support, and replacement costs?
3. What pilot size, placement, uptime, and data-quality requirements should cost estimates use?

These questions are derived from ambiguities in the initial proposal, not established requirements.¹

The international landscape study adds specific questions about actual network availability, sample data, licensing and independent coverage evidence. It does not resolve the nine project questions above or require launch geography to be chosen before reading the results.
