Objective and authorization
Add a useful Tasks view across canonical ideas, research studies and standalone tasks, a discoverable document update history, and a reproducible comparison with the recorded published snapshot. Prepare, review and publish this bounded website update as requested.1
Ownership and boundaries
Existing site owner chat: 01a124a2-2166-7ae1-b0c5-78e25e85c408. Sol implements; independent Astra accepts substantive build/tooling changes; manager owns shared indexes, log, acceptance and Git. Preserve completed IDEA-003 v001 scope and delivery history. This standalone maintenance task adds no research, hosting changes, automatic publishing or monitoring. No new source gathering is necessary.
Deliverables and done criteria
- Tasks landing page and visible navigation using canonical brief titles, descriptions and recorded statuses across all three collections. Missing/invalid statuses must be explicit, not inferred from approval stages or related tasks. Link each canonical brief; do not duplicate editable task records.
- Visible Recent changes navigation to the existing knowledge update history, with clear snapshot meaning.
- Small offline helper comparing current inputs against an explicitly recorded deployed manifest, including added/modified/deleted documents, attachments and exclusions; retain a durable private baseline outside the disposable build directory. Include build/config/theme changes through checkpoint evidence. Unknown baseline must not look like no changes.
- Meaningful tests, independent acceptance, actual desktop/mobile reading and navigation checks, integrated manager checkpoint, and authorized existing-project publication with verified live identities/search/archive bytes.
Impact and preservation
Authority: build and change-comparison scripts; inspect tests, theme/config, static-site guide, README and site-update entrypoint for affected guidance. Canonical task semantics, role routing, scope gates, immutable user inputs/scopes and archived bytes remain unchanged. No status roll-up or unverified completion inference.

Independent Astra accepted after Sol corrected malformed baseline handling; manager matched all 11 reviewed hashes before these factual completion-record updates. The integrated manager check passes all 86 tests, harness validation and 326 Markdown files with zero errors. Actual desktop and phone checks include canonical task links, Recent changes and a corrected status jump below the sticky header. The local build audits all notes, links, anchors and ZIP members.
