Future plans, estimates and resources can have independent versions at project or product level; newest and adopted are separate. Astra designed and accepted the conventions; all 87 tests and desktop/mobile Project navigation checks pass. Final website delivery remains pending.

• Website task overview is live: TASK-003 delivered Tasks and Recent changes on the existing Cloudflare site. Live navigation, search, phone jumps, archive bytes and search-index comparison pass. Deployment 3eebf01e-da99-418d-a3e6-ecc3e784aa06 contains 326 notes and 254 archives; its preserved private manifest becomes the baseline for future document comparisons. Manager reconciled and reported delivery. These later completion records await a future manual refresh.

• Website tasks and document changes: TASK-003 adds a Tasks overview across ideas, studies and standalone work, compact status navigation, and visible Recent changes. The offline helper compares current files with a preserved deployed manifest, including untracked/deleted files and generator changes. Desktop/mobile review corrected empty-section spacing and sticky-header jumps; independent Astra accepted after a malformed-baseline fix. All 86 integrated tests pass. Final rebuild and live update remain the owner's next step.

• Manual site update skill: TASK-002 adds the site-update entrypoint and canonical guidance for deployed-baseline comparison, actual visual checks, authorized existing-project publication and live verification. Sol implemented; independent Astra accepted with no blocking findings; manager matched reviewed hashes. Existing mechanical correction exceptions and scope gates remain intact. No build, publication, automatic trigger or runtime skill reload is claimed.

• IDEA-003 live delivery complete: User cleared browser upload permission; owner published the unchanged accepted build to https://droneradar-knowledge.pages.dev/ . Cloudflare deployment 3735ecb4-d11a-4293-9983-04d61a0630ad contains 319 notes and 254 downloadable archives. Actual live navigation, Wingbits search/company, ZIP extraction hash and search-index byte comparison pass. Manager reconciled delivery and reported the live result. Later delivery records remain local until a future manual build; no automatic publishing or new phase is implied.

• IDEA-003 deployment prepared, upload blocked: Accepted checkpoint rebuilt/reconciled with complete local checks. Existing signed-in Cloudflare account now has project droneradar-knowledge, but the supported file upload failed before transfer because the browser extension lacks file access. Prepared artifact remains valid; user can attach it manually or enable the indicated extension permission. No live deployment or live checks claimed. Recorded exact owner state and resume path.

• IDEA-003 usability corrected: Replaced folder-first reading paths with useful overview/results, collection pages, visible search/navigation, title-first notes and grouped evidence downloads. Manager checked real desktop/mobile journeys, legacy scope navigation and source labels. Astra found an unescaped title injection in the custom template; Sol fixed scalar escaping and added an actual-template regression; Astra accepted the focused correction. All 78 integrated tests pass. Cloudflare access is available; owner must rebuild/reconcile this checkpoint before deploying and reporting live checks. No old pre-fix output is authorized for upload.

Manager integrated checks passed: harness 0 errors, knowledge 284 Markdown files/0 errors and all 53 tests. Tests used local fixtures and mocked HTTP; no live sources were gathered. Cross-ledger/source ownership and prior manual accounting remain manager responsibilities; no new monitoring, research authorization or single-source behavior changes.

• Session completion reporting: Added a canonical owner-handoff and manager-report procedure: substantive outcomes, findings, artifact links, limits and next decisions; provisional reports when reconciliation is pending, batching and delivery records after actual messages. Sol implemented and Astra accepted the synchronized workflow, coordination skill, manager role and charter; related idea/research skills already reference workflow. Delivered the IDEA-001/002 completion digest and recorded actual delivery in the session register. No new monitoring, scope authority, scripts or research were introduced.

• Harness synchronization: Added a canonical authority/dependency map and an impact note requirement for existing change contracts. Added read-only structural validation of role configuration, skill entrypoints, the routing-table mirror and supported local links; workspace check runs it before index writes. Removed duplicate current inventories; preserved dated history, scopes and originals. Impact review covered AGENTS, README, routing/workflow, maintenance/coordination skills and current manager routing notes; unchanged role semantics, templates, OKF and placement require no dependent edits. Sol implemented; Astra independently accepted the 13 frozen files and confirmed hashes. Manager integrated check passed: harness 0 errors, knowledge 282 Markdown files/0 errors, all 37 tests. Semantic policy consistency remains a review responsibility; template bodies, heading validity, network/model availability and runtime reload are outside the validator. Completed idea/research phases need no new execution instructions or scope changes.

• Harness management review: Kept the existing Astra harness-maintainer and added requested health review/change-intake responsibility. Reconciled the stale manager charter with Sol implementation/Astra design-and-acceptance routing, clarified coordinator versus worker delegation, and removed a brittle skill count. Added whole-batch URL reservation and acknowledged reallocation rules for approved source caps after the IDEA-001 overrun. Sol implemented the bounded contract; Astra independently accepted. Role/skill/link checks and knowledge validation passed. These are workflow safeguards, not automated spend enforcement. IDEA-002 legacy scope navigation was inspected; both versions are already linked from its brief and immutable paths remain unchanged.
