Website tasks and change comparison execution
Bounded navigation and offline comparison implementation; review and manual publication pending.
Implementation and authority
The requested manual update exposes canonical IDEA, RES and TASK briefs in a generated Tasks page, grouped by exact x_work_status. Cards show title, description, category and direct canonical brief links. Missing or invalid statuses are explicit; x_stage is not used as fallback. The navigation includes Tasks and Recent changes; the latter points to the existing knowledge/log.md, which remains the single readable update history. No editable task copies or status rollups are introduced.1
Build/publication authority is scripts/build_site.py and local theme files. The bounded comparison helper scripts/site_changes.py reuses the existing publication inventory and Git checkpoint evidence. README and harness/static-site.md document its commands and limitations; site-update continues to defer to that canonical guide, so its instruction semantics are unchanged. Existing scope gates, knowledge semantics, validators, dependencies and hosting remain unchanged.
Deployment baseline and limits
Before any build, the private matching live report for build 3a7e98d9b588f15cfedc072d818854254bc28c6db800e3cc3f05409ceeda3afb, deployment 3735ecb4-d11a-4293-9983-04d61a0630ad, checkpoint 00f02bd was preserved in ignored .site-state/deployed.json outside .site-build. The helper verifies the output-manifest identity against the explicit recorded build, inventories all current knowledge files including untracked files, and reports additions, edits, deletions and excluded artifacts. Generator differences use current build_site.py, imported okf.py, configuration, declared requirements and theme files versus the reviewed checkpoint; they do not claim remotely retrieved generator bytes or a complete installed-runtime lock. Missing, corrupt or mismatched baseline returns unknown rather than no changes. No network, publishing, Git mutation or knowledge writes are part of comparison. Private deployment state is not uploaded or stored in knowledge.
Progress and checks
Implementation prepared with compact counts and sections only for populated statuses; focused tests cover canonical mixed task discovery, no stage/status inference, unknown baseline, corruption, checkpoint mismatch, untracked additions, deleted attachments, edited exclusions and theme/config changes. The full 84-test suite and read-only harness/knowledge validators pass. Local audits pass all-note search coverage, links/anchors and every archive member. Browser review at 1280 px and 390 px confirmed visible Tasks/Recent changes navigation, grouped cards and no horizontal overflow. Actual journeys opened the canonical TASK-003 brief, Recent changes to log.html, and Wingbits search to its canonical company. Empty statuses were reduced to compact counts following manager visual feedback; a task-section scroll margin keeps count-jump headings below the sticky header. Screenshots were displayed inline; no saved screenshot file is claimed. Independent acceptance, coordinated checkpoint and new live delivery remain pending. The previously completed IDEA-003 scope and deployment history remain intact; this task stays in progress until required live checks pass.
Independent acceptance and manager checks — 2026-10-10
Astra found one baseline error-handling defect: valid JSON with invalid shapes could raise an uncaught exception. Sol added explicit container, manifest-row and scalar checks plus CLI regression cases. Astra independently reproduced the formerly failing cases and accepted all 11 frozen files; missing/corrupt evidence now returns unknown, null changes and exit 2, while invalid current inputs still fail closed. Manager matched accepted SHA-256 values before updating these result records.
Manager's integrated workspace check passes 86 tests, harness validation and 326 Markdown files with zero errors. Actual manager browser checks at 1280 × 900 and 390 × 844 confirm task readability, canonical IDEA-002 navigation, Recent changes and compact counts. Corrected Complete-count navigation leaves its heading at 224.22 px below the 191.35 px phone header; document width equals 390 px. Temporary viewport overrides were reset.
Shared indexes and current acceptance records require a final post-checkpoint rebuild. These local checks do not establish publication; the owner must reconcile the artifact and verify live delivery before marking the task complete.
Successful manual publication — 2026-10-10T09:44:51.490171+00:00
Authorization is the preserved user request, independently checked against actual manager-chat user message 01a1251e-1a6a-7bd1-b65c-46bf3ca6fa7b, combined with the previously explicit Cloudflare/all-notes/archived-download public-access choice. This authorizes this bounded update, not arbitrary future publishing.
Accepted checkpoint: c72bf3c. Published build SHA-256: 954196e12979ac15ef588f4ad821aced469fdb1d0c6ad2a2f8618478d6fde4bd. Platform deployment: 3eebf01e-da99-418d-a3e6-ecc3e784aa06; immutable URL https://3eebf01e.droneradar-knowledge.pages.dev/ ; production URL https://droneradar-knowledge.pages.dev/ . Final report includes 326 notes, 254 downloadable archives and six explicit runtime/OS exclusions; 331 HTML pages, 612 files, 25,196,140 bytes, largest asset 9,051,192 bytes and 330 search entries. All-note search coverage, local links/anchors and every ZIP member audit pass. All published input bytes matched the accepted checkpoint, all current input hashes matched the report, and ZIP upload members matched report output paths and hashes exactly.
Compared with the prior live deployment, seven knowledge files were added and nine modified, with none deleted and no archived attachment bytes changed. The additional final index and manager acceptance records explain the change from the pre-checkpoint inventory. Tasks, compact status counts and Recent changes are the visible interface additions; private comparison data/state are excluded from upload.
The initial supported browser file-chooser attempt stalled and returned Debugger unattached. The existing tab could not recover; a fresh tab in the same selected Chrome browser restored access. The project list confirmed only the prior deployment before one bounded retry. The retry uploaded 612/612 files; Save and deploy reported success. No new project, paid plan, permission expansion or alternative upload mechanism was used. Earlier manager handoff approval review initially rejected insufficient destination/payload evidence; retry supplied actual human message identities and the bounded request before publication.
Actual live browser checks: Overview to Tasks; Tasks to canonical TASK-003 brief; Recent changes to the existing log including the new entry; Wingbits search to canonical company. At 390 px, Complete-count navigation leaves the heading at 224.22 px below the 191.35 px sticky header; document width equals viewport width. Temporary viewport overrides were reset and the live Tasks page retained for the user. HTTP curl downloads succeed; the published Wingbits ZIP has exactly original.html whose bytes match SHA-256 d71554b0ca0fbe581e6763ec04d3a94972fb9fec3dceceaeae1b0a46738763c0. The live search index equals the accepted local build bytes. Browser-save automation was not used.
After live checks, site_changes.py record saved this matching successful report and reviewed checkpoint evidence in private .site-state/deployed.json and its build-hash archive. A comparison immediately after recording confirmed zero knowledge or generator differences; these subsequent completion-note edits are expected pending changes for the next manual update. Prior deployment baseline is retained. No rebuilding/republication merely to include this delivery note, automatic publishing or monitoring is implied. Required delivery checks are complete.
