Independent evidence review and completion checks
Recorded agent review scope, outcome and unresolved validation limits for RES-001.
Independent evidence review — 2026-10-09 Pacific
Reviewer: codex/reviewer subagent /root/evidence_review, separate from the three researchers and coordinator. This is agent evidence review, not human review, vendor verification or an operational certification. Review returned in this research session; the coordinator records it here.
Scope and result
The reviewer read all 12 new company profiles, the four findings documents, compiled summary and capture manifest. Material pricing, participation eligibility, API access, lifecycle, modality and coverage statements were traced to preserved evidence. No material claim-to-evidence mismatch was reported. No substantive correction was requested.
The reviewer independently recomputed recorded checksums and original byte counts for all 61 saved captures and confirmed the manifest's 62 URL records and 18 failed attempts. DJI's merged original HTML table cell was checked for both AeroScope variants. Robin PDF page 4 and Flightradar24 PDF page 10 were visually checked for specifications and hosting terms. This establishes traceability/integrity within the stated scope, not truth of vendor claims.1
The synthesis retains provider attribution, publication/retrieval distinctions, announcement-versus-availability boundaries and limits of comparing aircraft networks with drone collection. Documentation disagreements are disclosed rather than silently reconciled.2
Unresolved review limitations
- No independent field evidence establishes detection performance, active geographic coverage, equipment deliveries, host payouts or vendor financial status.
- No authenticated API, checkout, detector or live-map operation was tested.
- Flightradar24 numeric API pricing uses a supplemental browser-visible-text capture; the reviewer did not independently reproduce the rendered page.
- PDF visual review covered Robin page 4 and Flightradar24 page 10; other cited PDF material was checked through extracted text.
- The existing Bluebird/Chewica identity and capability record remains unresolved user context.
- Final status/index/log updates are coordinator changes after this review; they do not introduce new market findings. Machine validation is reported separately below.
Completion disposition
All scoped deliverables exist; limitations are disclosed, with future research questions retained in the summary and brief. Company documents stay draft because this is a dated, bounded official-source study, not independent operational validation. No verified field or human approval is invented. The study's x_work_status: complete means completion of the assigned evidence inventory and review.
Coordinator checks: indexes rebuilt; .venv/bin/python scripts/validate_knowledge.py passed before completion bookkeeping (180 Markdown files, 0 errors). Final coordinator rebuild and validation also passed: 181 Markdown files, 0 errors. No research-harness scripts were changed, so script unit tests were not required for this knowledge-only work.
