Sources gathered for RES-001 on 2026-10-09 Pacific / 2026-10-10 UTC: 62 URL records, 61 saved captures, 18 failed attempts. Failed attempts include sandbox DNS failures, HTTP failures and blocked/unavailable captures; a later saved capture does not erase the failed record. Repeated normalized URLs share one source record. This manifest excludes the pre-existing harness-specification sources.
Each source record lists URL, retrieval time, method, status, original byte count/SHA-256 and extraction path/SHA-256 where available. Captures are append-only. HTML sources generally preserve server responses, not a rendered website with assets. Publication dates are separately recorded in profiles where known; retrieval dates are never substituted.
Completeness is a capture-scope assessment, not factual verification. Browser visible-text imports and PDF text extractions have their specific limitations in source records. The source owner inspected cited sections; independent review is documented separately. No authenticated API service, checkout, detector or live operational network was tested.
