Official site/product: Robin Radar Systems IRIS. The site lists Delft, Netherlands and a US location. Relationship: active radar hardware/data provider, distinct from Remote ID reception and passive RF-link sensing.1
Offering and evidence
Current product page and product sheet market an FMCW X-band radar with micro-Doppler and neural-network classification, 3D tracks and interfaces for C2 integration. Fixed building/tripod and moving-vehicle installations are advertised. This is vendor capability evidence, not independently measured performance.12
The PDF's page 4 lists an IRIS sensor and processing station; SAPIENT, XML, ASTERIX and CoT interfaces; 29 kg weight excluding tripod; and nominal/maximum power ratings of 253/600 W. Its printed revision is RRS.IRIS.A2.2026.04, which is preserved separately from the October 9, 2026 local retrieval date.2

These are page 4 table values, visually checked against the preserved PDF. The range conditions and distinction between detection and classification matter more than the headline coverage area.2
Access, pricing and participation
An integration API is advertised, but the study did not obtain a public developer contract, live feed, data license or price list. Sales contact is offered. No public sensor-owner contribution or payment program was found in these reviewed materials. The advertised business is equipment/integration for security and defense, not an established consumer participation network.1
Operating status, geography and contradictions
The live page and 2026 revision support current public marketing, not independent proof of fulfillment. The vendor claims worldwide airport, defense and security use without an audited coverage map. A page blurb still speaks of FIFA World Cup 2026 deployment in the future; it is treated as an announcement, not a verified completed deployment.1
The webpage specifies RF power output of 2x 12 W, while the current PDF says 12 W. These are retained as an unresolved documentation discrepancy; neither should be used as a finalized procurement specification without clarification.12
Analysis and unanswered questions
Radar adds evidence about physical airborne objects; it does not inherently establish a serial number or pilot identity. A map of radar tracks and a map of received identity broadcasts have different evidentiary meaning. Obtain independent site trials, false-alarm and missed-detection measurements, interface schemas, sensor calibration requirements, pricing and data-ownership terms before drawing collection-network economics conclusions.
