FliteGrid
A FliteGrid sensor mounted outdoors above the city

Community powered. SkySafe built.

A clearer sky.
Built together.

FliteGrid is SkySafe’s community-powered drone tracking network. Host a Remote ID sensor, expand local coverage, and earn monthly USDC rewards.

How Remote ID drone tracking works

Drones send the signal. You help us hear it.

Drones broadcast their identity and location through Remote ID. FliteGrid sensors receive those signals and send them to SkySafe.

The network helps airports, public safety teams and infrastructure operators understand what’s flying nearby.

Inside the network

Host a FliteGrid sensor

You bring the location. We bring the technology.

Start with power and a place with a clear view of the sky.

  1. 01

    Find your hex

Each hex is a small coverage area for one host. Reserve an open hex or request future coverage for free.

  2. 02

    Mount it. Power it.

Mount the sensor with a clear sky view, plug it in and activate it. Built-in LTE means no home internet connection is needed.

  3. 03

    Keep it online

Keep the power on. SkySafe handles connectivity, software updates and hardware maintenance.

Get paid for hosting

Powered by SkySafe

Built by SkySafe. Expanded by you.

SkySafe has built drone detection technology for government and enterprise customers since 2015. Its network had tracked more than one million flights by 2025.

FliteGrid extends that coverage through community hosts, connecting more locations to the platform SkySafe’s customers use.
