Intake documentation accounting

The manager collected four official pages for limited idea intake/scoping. The four-URL allocation is a manager-selected operational bound, not evidence of an approved research scope. All four HTTP captures succeeded; no retry or crawler was used.

The manifest lists requested URLs and titles. The append-only ledger records reservations and outcomes; captures and extracted text remain in shared reference records rather than this idea folder. The retained .lock sibling is local coordination state and excluded from the commit.

Reproduction

From the repository root, the manager previewed and then executed scripts/batch_archive.py against the two local assets above. Do not rerun this ledger to force a refresh; completed URLs are deliberately not retried. A future source phase requires its own authorized accounting. Ledger identity and bundle path describe this local checkout.

Approved v001 documentation allocation

Three distinct official URLs used of six; three remain unreserved. All initial batch attempts failed sandbox DNS and are retained in the ledger. Explicit same-URL recovery captures succeeded without new URL slots; shared source records preserve both failure and recovery histories. See execution record for inspected constraints and capture limits. The ledger and retained locks are operational state, not published evidence downloads; manifests remain downloadable.
