Own IDEA-002: process and expand the idea, assess the existing work, and produce a concrete completion and DroneRadar integration plan. This chat remains the manager. The user can send instructions and request reports through it.1
Local inspection notes — preliminary, 2026-10-09
The manager inspected selected project documentation and text portions of four related Claude sessions. These are navigation notes, not independently reproduced results. Archive relevant local documents and derive a traceable inventory before relying on them. Do not export full conversation logs without checking for credentials and private data.

Recheck current state: worktrees contain later experiments absent from the main README roadmap. The source repository has untracked outputs; preserve all existing changes. No source code, training runs, credentials, or raw flight logs were modified or copied by the manager.

The last SpectrumNet assistant message proposed more frequency diversity, ensembles, and finer resolution after a reported validation plateau. It asked whether to run further training. Treat that as a pending suggestion, not an executed experiment or current authorization to train.
Deliverables owned by the idea chat
- Preserve selected local source documents with original bytes, hashes, paths, checkout/commit context, and explicit limitations; create a curated Claude-session inventory without secrets.
- Expand
brief.md; add an assessment distinguishing implemented, experimentally reported, planned, and unresolved work. - Define proposed DroneRadar inputs/outputs and the gap between radio propagation prediction and detector coverage. Identify evidence needed to validate transfer.
- Produce completion milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and a first bounded experiment proposal. Separate finishing the existing tool from later integration.
- Keep idea-specific material in
data/, with provenance and links to shared references. Reuse canonical company records and studies. - Run an independent reviewer pass and knowledge validation. Leave durable status, findings, unresolved decisions, and next action for the manager.
Scope now is investigation and planning. Do not start expensive training, paid API calls, deployment, or changes to the source project. Read-only checks of existing results are appropriate. Archive any online evidence actually consulted using the project workflow.
