We have a plan to develop network-based drone detection. Our partner developed drone detectors for the Ukrainian military. This is the company Bluebird with their product Chewica. The idea is to build a network of private users who can buy a drone detector for themselves and we are ready to buy the data for $10 a month. As a result they get access to the whole database on the device and we are getting data.

Right now we are setting up a project. I will provide ideas. We'll ask you to do research. You will need to set up an environment for Codex and create necessary skills and necessary agents. I see top-level folders like:
