Count and capture method

Four distinct new public URLs were actually gathered under the worker's original allocation of four. The owner subsequently reported nine BlueBird URLs and reallocated this worker to three after all four had been gathered. Therefore the reported phase total is 13 against the approved global maximum of 12. Gathering stopped; this is a scope-bound deviation, not retroactive approval. Preserve actual captures and report to the manager. No additional public URL was opened for linked schemas, code, sample logs or licenses. Reopening the same manual URL for excerpts adds captures, not URLs.

New originals are exact imported web.open response text, not original HTML, original PDF, or rendered browser exports. Shell DNS failed for the first Dronetag capture and remains recorded. Tool text is partial; linked assets/code and PDF figures absent, and the full 61-page PDF was not retained. Inspection confirmed subject identity and the cited readable sections, not correctness of vendor claims. Imported bytes/checksums are preserved; retrieval times are local import times. Reused captures are original HTML and derived text, omitting linked assets and dynamic map observations.
