Adopt a local Codex harness and OKF knowledge bundle

Accepted direction for research workflows and preserved online evidence.

DecisionStable record

Decision

The user asked to build the discussed harness after selecting local preservation of gathered online materials and Google's Open Knowledge Format.1

Implement a shared knowledge bundle, four skills (capture-idea, archive-source, research-topic, evaluate-idea), and researcher/reviewer roles. Keep original evidence beside OKF descriptions and derived analyses. The bundle targets OKF v0.2.2

Implementation choices

The coordinator owns shared indexes and final synthesis. A small Python toolset handles archiving, indexing, and project validation. Configuration stays repository-local and inherits the user's model settings. These are implementation choices for this setup, revisable as real research exposes needs.

Deferred

No recurring monitoring, remote backup, custom agent service, or detector integration has been configured. A storage/backup policy remains to be chosen before the archive becomes large.

Acceptance

User instruction: “Awesome let's build harness.” This records acceptance of the direction, not a claim that the user reviewed every generated file.
